TRUST

EMPHATY

Fundamental need and deep need. 

1. Slow down

“Be quick to listen and slow to speak...”

Speed destroy empathy.

If you moving, you miss the detail

2. Ask questions

3. Show emotion

ACCOMODATION

Give them a room, give them space. Coz God made all of us different. 

“Be faithful, loving, and easy to get along with.”

“Each one of us needs to look after the good of the people around us, asking ourselves, ‘How can I help?’”

God use our differences to change the world.

Appreciate others differences.

4. Accommodate each other faults

MISSION

Doing something with a purpose. Accomplish something together.
