Fasting Prayer Day 24 24/3/2016
Lord I pray for strength in my future husband. Help him be strong against the wiles and evils of this world in our day and age. Lord I pray that he would feel strong enough to take on anything this life has to offer him with You by his side. Give him a noble heart, a steadfast spirit and a passionate pursuit for holiness. Let him embrace his calling as a Christian leader in the 21st century and let him know the depth of influence that he has on others. Jesus, give him a fierce love for righteousness and a healthy fear of You, God. Thank you for him Jesus. Who ever he is, wherever he is, thank you for him. I surrender my thoughts and questions, doubts and fears in regards to my future husband. Lord, take control of my love life, I entrust it to You. Please be the King of my heart, be all my hope and dreams. I love you Jesus. Thank you for all that you are doing in my life and in that of my Future Beloved’s! Amen.
DAY 14
Lord Jesus, I pray that you would bless my future marriage with strength. Make us strong against the popular culture that has consumed the 21st century. Help my husband and I to be strong enough to say “no” to the world and “yes” to eternity in heaven with You! I pray that You would bless us with a wild love for one another so that we could face the world together.
Help us be a model of the Ephesians 5 marriage. Help us be good examples to our children so that they might want to do the same in their marriage and carry on the torch of un-defiled marriage union into the future generation. Let us love you and no other, Jesus.
I pray that as a future wife, I would have a desire to love you more than anyone, Lord. Ground me in Your Word of Truth and help me to fix my eyes on you. Give me a pure heart, a devoted mind, and a quiet soul. Teach me how to honor and submit to my husband in all areas of life. Thank you, Jesus! I love you. Amen.

Fasting Prayer Day 23 23/3/2016
Jesus, I pray that you would bless my future husband with the gift of a loving, sweet and tender heart. Let him learn now while he is single to be a loving husband. Help him want to bless others and have a caring attitude. Teach him how to help others while they are hurting. Give him compassion. Let him know how to complete me when I’m stressed or upset. Let him know the right words to say and how to comfort me. And Lord please give him loving friends and family to surround him with so that he never feels alone. Bless his day today and help him feel content and loved! Thank you Lord. Amen.
DAY 13
Dear Jesus, please help me to love my future husband my whole life long unselfishly and unconditionally. May I honor and respect, bless and encourage him, and be in love only with him. May he always be my prince and my hero in my eyes.
Please help our marriage to be strong and for both of us to stay focused on worshiping and loving you. Even when things get hard or difficult in life please don’t let me ever give up on my marriage to him but to see it through and trust you. I love you Jesus. Amen.

Fasting Prayer Day 22 22/3/2016
Lord, please bring my future husband the gift of joy and happiness today! Let his heart be light and care-free. Don’t let the troubles of life or this world bring him down. Let him enjoy life to its fullest today and everyday! Let his laugh be heard and his smiles be seen. Let him be a shining joy to all around him. I pray that his family would encourage him and build him up so that he may do the same for others. Let the clouds of depression and worry see his joy and pass over him. Bring him peace and comfort so that he can experience the fullness of Your goodness Jesus. Thank you Lord! Amen.
Lord Jesus, when I say “I do,” at my wedding I know that I am committing to a life of reverence and respect for my husband. Help me to recognize my husband as the leading role model in my life. Help me choose words that will only encourage him and enrich him in his walk with you, Lord.
Help me not feel that I will be leading an independent lifestyle after I am married but that I am to come under and a long side the leadership that you have given my husband as the head of our family. Help me to love and honor him, Jesus. I pray that we would always find time together as a couple, to read and pray. Let us be grounded in your Word as a married couple ought.
Thank you for giving us a model of the marriage union in your Word that we can follow and strive to exemplify. I love you, Lord! Amen.

Fasting Prayer Day 21 21/3/2016
Father, please help me to start developing healthy habits in every area of my life. Help me to physically develop good eating, exercising, and grooming habits. Teach me how to create time habits that will carry over to help my future husband. Help me to work when I should work, but also generate good habits of rest and recreation.
Let me devote constant time to prayer and Bible study so that I can grow in your grace. Show me the areas of my life that lack self-control, and then purge them from me. Let any bad habits or selfish lifestyle patterns be removed from me.
Help me to learn how to help my future husband order our whole life to meet your priorities and not the priorities of the world. Let me exhibit moderation and self control in every area of my life so that I can best serve you and help my husband. Amen!

Fasting Prayer Day 20 18/3/2016
Dear Lord, I pray that You would give my future husband the humility to ask for help when he needs it. Teach him to turn for help when he needs it rather than trying to face his problems on his own. When he is fighting sins (as I know he will), please show him that in the end, asking for help is worth the momentary humiliation if it means overcoming his vices. Amen.
DAY 10
Lord Jesus, I want to be a Titus 2 and Proverbs 31 homemaker for my future husband. I want him to be able to walk in the door of our little home after a hard day of work and be blessed and comforted by the simple pleasures that come from me being a keeper of the home!
Help me to learn how to budget our money wisely, to cook and clean well, to teach our children and bring them up in the ways of the Lord, to garden, to bake, to manage the household and support my husband and his business. Help me to learn and practice these things at home, before I am married, so that I am prepared to bless and serve my husband after my wedding. Thank you for your word and scriptures that lovingly guide me in the ways to be a good help-meet. Amen.

Fasting Prayer Day 19 17/3/2016
Lord, please bless my future husband’s Thursday. Let him find rest and peace when he hears your word today. Lord I pray that he would love his family and want to have his own family when he’s married. I pray that he would have a loving heart toward children and that he is soft, gentle and caring. Teach him the abilities that make a great father. Help him to learn now so that when he is a father he will be amazing. Give him amazing leadership skills and a heart to serve his family. Let him recognize the importance of this role and help him to embrace his calling as a future husband and father. Thank you, Lord. Amen.
DAY 9
Dear Lord, I want to unconditionally love my husband, with a full heart! I want to be his best friend, his helpful assistant, his endearing wife, and his adoring fan. I wish that everyday would be like spending a day in heaven on earth. I wish the honeymoon would last till we were old and frail. And I wish that our love for one another would not age and shrivel as our bodies do, but that it would stay young and passionate.
But Lord, I know that these are only wishes. I know that in marriage, just as in life, there will be struggles to face, battles to overcome, and tests that will need to be passed. I pray that you would strengthen my faith while I am young, Jesus. Equip me with the armor needed to go to battle and to have victory! Bless me with patience and endurance, Lord. I know that you will be by my side no matter what. When a trial comes to disrupt our marriage I pray that you would give me the understanding and wisdom that it will take to bear through it.
Thank you for teaching me Lord. Give me a spirit of humility and teach-ability as I prepare for a lifelong relationship with the husband you have chosen for me. I love you Lord! Amen.

Fasting Prayer Day 18 16/3/2016
Dear God, please give my future husband strength and wisdom today. Please give him the strength to face the temptations the world lays constantly before him. Help him in his battles and struggles, and please let him know you’re beside him at all times. Help him grow stronger in you every day. Please grant him wisdom in his decisions in life right now. In everything, please let him pursue wisdom from you. Also, please let him have a wonderful day today.
Thank you so much for everything you’ve done, are doing, and will do in his life.
Amen.
Dear God, I pray that you will give me patience and an attitude of grace. Please help me overlook offenses and respond graciously to conflict. Please help me to develop this pattern now rather than later. When others are bothering me, when situations are bothering me, and when I am even bothering myself, please remind me to take it all to you. Please remind me to talk with you first before confronting things.
Grant me discernment and understanding for the situations I don’t know how to confront. Thank you so much for the grace you’ve shown me, and for being the perfect model of forgiveness and love. Please help me to keep my focus always on you. Amen.

Dear God, please help my future husband to love your word, the Bible. Help him to study and learn from it every day. Help him to be meditating on it all the time and to not just hear it, but be doing what you tell him to be doing in it as well. Thank you Jesus. Amen.
Dear Jesus, please help me to be prepared to go with my future husband and to follow without worry or questioning to wherever you may lead him and whatever you may have him to do.
Whether he’s a rancher, a pastor, a soldier, a missionary or anything else you choose for him to do, please prepare me to be a godly help-meet for him so that I can and encourage, and bless him as he follows wherever you may lead him. Thank you Jesus, Amen.

Fasting Prayer Day 16 14/3/2016
Dear God, I pray that You would bless my future husband as he seeks out the answers to the questions that arise in life. Help him to know that as the Author of all things You have all the answers. And, Lord, help my husband to not be afraid of what the answers might be, but to know that all things have a place in Your plan. Teach him to pursue truth with zeal, but at the same time, Lord, let him accept that he can’t find the answers to some questions on this side of heaven. And, Lord, when the answer is not available this side of heaven, please show him how to hope in You.
Amen.
DAY 6
Lord, please teach me to be an encourager. Let me always build up others and never tear them down. Give me a desire to encourage my husband. Give me words of wisdom and peace to build him up with. Help me to encourage his dreams and plans.
Let us work as a team to build great things for your kingdom. Teach me not to fall into the pattern of criticism or negativity. Help my word to draw my future husband closer to you. Help me to encourage him to walk in Your ways in all things. Amen!

GENEROSITY IS LOVE IN ACTION ~ Rick Warren
Leaving a Lasting Legacy – Message 1
“We will not hide these truths from our children but will teach the next generation...”
Psalm 78:4 (NLT)
“Three things continue forever: faith, hope, and love. And the greatest of these is love.”
1 Cor. 13:13 (NCV)
You can give without love, but You can't love without giving.
WHY MUST WE MODEL & TEACH GENEROSITY?
1. GENEROSITY DISPLAY GOD'S CHARACTER.
Everything from us is a gift from God. God want us to be like this, giving generous.
No people was generous like God, so God want us to be like him.
God give us generously and ungraduatingly.
“We all live o God’s generous bounty, gift after gift after gift.”
John 1:16 (Mes)
“Everything we have has come from you Lord, and we can only give you what is yours already!”
1 Chron. 29:14 (LB)
“You will be glorifying God through your generous gifts.”
2 Cor. 9:13 (NLT)
2. GENEROSITY DEFEAT MATERIALISM.
Get is materialism. To Break materialism is Giving...
“You cannot serve both God and money.”
Matt. 6:24 (NIV)
No man or women can be like God. If you put them first, you will be disappointed.
Let your kids see you giving. Let them see you generous in giving your time, money... Every area of life.
3. GENEROSITY DRAW ME CLOSER TO GOD.
Wherever you put your money, you heart will be also. That's revails your priority and love.
You say you love God, are you spending your time with God?
You say you love your kids, are you spending time with them?
The way we spend our time and money, really proof what's is important to us.
“Your heart will be wherever your treasure is.”
Matt. 6:21 (NCV)
4. GENEROSITY DEVELOPES MY LOVE.
Generosity creates community.
“Your generosity... not only provides for the needs of God’s people, but also produces prayers of thanksgiving to God.”
2 Cor. 9:11-12
“If you see some brother or sister in need and have the means to do something about it but turn a cold shoulder
and do nothing, what happens to God’s love? It disappears. And you made it disappear.”
1 John 3:17 (Mes)
5. GENEROSITY DETERMINE MY BLESSING.
Refuse to give = Robbing God.
“If you give, you will receive. Your gift will return to you in full measure... and running over. Whatever measure
you use in giving will be used to measure what is given back to you.”
Lk. 6:38 (NLT)
Don't let Satan rob you from 1 minute of blessing.
“Give generously ... and do so without a grudging heart; then because of this God will bless you in all your work
and in everything you put your hand to.”
Deut. 15:10 (NIV)
6. GENEROSITY DEEPEN MY JOY.
“Jesus said, ‘There is more happiness in giving than in receiving.’”
Acts 20:35 (GN)
7. GENEROSITY DEMONSTRATE MY FAITH.
“Your giving proves the reality of your faith...”
2 Cor. 9:13 (Ph)
“Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously. Each one should give what he has decided in his heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. And God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work.”
2 Cor. 9:6-8 (NIV)
Don't ever listen to gossip, sow gossip will reap gossip.
Give it away more which you wish to get back.
You always get back more with what you put in.
8. GENEROSITY IS DEPOSIT OF INTERNALTY.
“Store up for yourselves treasures in heaven...””
Matt. 6:20 (NIV)
“Tell those who are rich not to be proud and not to trust in their money, which will soon be gone... Tell them to use
their money to do good. They should give happily to those in need, always ready to share with others whatever
God has given them. By doing this they will be storing up real treasure for themselves in heaven – it is the only
safe investment for eternity!”
1 Tim. 6:17-19 (LB)
Money is a tools. Use money to love people. Use it for Good.
Anything I give away, bank in heaven, treasure in heaven.
“If you are untrustworthy about worldly wealth, who will trust you with the true riches of heaven?”
Luke 16:11 (NLT)

Fasting Prayer Day 15 11/3/2016
Lord I pray that my future husband would learn through day to day experiences and trials how to be a good leader. I pray that he would learn the qualities needed to make a great leader for his family and wife. May he learn integrity, strength of mind and above all, love. May he learn to be strong in his beliefs and not back down or give into the ways of the world. I know that being a leader requires boldness and humility, strength but lowliness of heart, wisdom beyond his years but also a meek spirit, I pray that he may learn this and more before he becomes the leader of our family. Bless his day and give him peace and joy. May he be filled with Your Holy Spirit and walk in truth and grace. Thank you for him Jesus! I don’t know who, or where he is or what he is doing right now but I pray for your everlasting joy to be with him. Let him laugh and be lighthearted today. Thank you, Jesus. Amen.
DAY 5
Lord Jesus, sometimes I feel so inadequate and unready to be a bride. I think of marriage as a vast and distant lifestyle that I’ve never before trod. I am scared of what might or might not happen. Give me faith Jesus. Help me to trust that you will work all things together for good. While I am single and waiting please train and prepare me for the challenges ahead. Help me to learn in Wisdom and Love. Give me the strength that my husband will need from me.
I know that marriage is a beautiful covenant between my future husband and You and I. Please show me areas in which I can grow before I am married. Help me to learn submission and honor, humility and grace, respect and admiration, love and selflessness. Gift me with the amount of time needed to learn each of these qualities so that I will be ready to bless my future beloved.
Thank you for your patient training Jesus. Thank you for the opportunity to fall in love with the man you have chosen to be my husband. Bless our future together as man and wife. I love you Lord! Amen.

Fasting Prayer Day 13 9/3/2016
Dear God, please give my future husband vision and clarity today. Please inspire him with a strong vision for his life. Only you know exactly what his life will hold, and precisely what you want to do through him. Please remind him of that vision every day. Help him to rely solely on you for his strength, and to move forward with confidence. God, I ask you to help him love you more than anything else, running after you, unapologetically seeking you with all his heart. I ask you to give him passion and a selfless, unashamed boldness that can only come from you.
Amen.
DAY 3
Dear God, help me to put my trust in you and wait for you to bring my future husband to me in your perfect timing. Help me not to be anxious or worried about when that time will be but to rest and wait on you. Thank you that you have had this man picked out for me before I was even born. Thank you for making him for me.
Keep my heart pure and safe in your care so that I will be ready to marry him whenever you choose to bring him along. I love you Jesus. Thank you. Amen
No marriage can be godly where a lack of care for each other is present.
God has called you and me to faithfulness in the deepest struggles we face. Our flesh will always want the easy way out but God gives His grace for every trial.
Godly couples have settled in for the long haul. They don’t ‘cut and run’ when things get tough. Remember the old vow, “In sickness and in health?”
Godly love bears all things. 1 Cor. 13:7

Amen.
Dear Lord, help me to cultivate an attitude of humility in my life. Don’t let me ever fall into a mindset of entitlement. Please help everything I do to flow from a heart of gratitude. I ask that you would show me how to put my future husband first.
Help me to be free from selfishness in all the relationships in my life, but especially in my future marriage. Show me how to live with a love like you have. Help me to prepare to purposefully search out ways to show my husband your sacrificial love. Amen.

But I know that you are molding me into the kind of woman that my future husband needs.
Lord, I ask that you build in me the kind of characteristics that will support my husband and his ambitions and dreams.
