人生三寶：
帖前 5:16-18
1. 要常常喜乐，
Be joyful always;
要>>權利與選擇
喜樂不是來自環境，而是心境；
不是外加，而是內發。
腓立比書 4:4 你们要靠主常常喜乐；我再说，你们要喜乐。
Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice!
4:6 应当一无挂虑，只要凡事藉着祷告、祈求和感谢，将你们所要的告诉 神。
Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.
常常喜樂
靠主>>毫無憂慮
>>凡事告訴神
以喜樂迎接生活
2. 不住地祷告，
pray continually;
Busy life makes prayer harder,
Prayer make your busy life easier.
藉禱告與神同行
禱告可以
1）讚美 praise God for who He is
2）感謝 thank God for what He has done and what He has given to me
3）認罪
4）為人代求 intercede for others
5）為自己禱告 pray for yourself
Seek his FACE and read His BOOK. That God's FACEBOOK.

以禱告托住生活
3. 凡事谢恩，因为这是 神在基督耶稣里向你们所定的旨意。
give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus.
不要埋怨
要知恩，惜恩與報恩
用感恩感受生活
