圍繞在我們生命中的一些見證人
希伯來書Hebrews12:1 我们既有这许多的见证人，如同云彩围着我们。
Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses,
2）要放下 let go
希伯來書Hebrew12:1 ...就当放下各样的重担...
... let us throw off everything that hinders ...
路加福音Luke14:16-20 耶稣对他说：“有一人摆设大筵席，请了许多客。到了坐席的时候，打发仆人去对所请的人说：‘请来吧！样样都齐备了。众人一口同音地推辞。头一个说：‘我买了一块地，必须去看看。请你准我辞了。又有一个说：‘我买了五对牛，要去试一试。请你准我辞了。又有一个说：‘我才娶了妻，所以不能去。’我们既有这许多的见证人，如同云彩围着我们，就当放下各样的重担，脱去容易缠累我们的罪，存心忍耐，奔那摆在我们前头的路程，
Jesus replied: "A certain man was preparing a great banquet and invited many guests. At the time of the banquet he sent his servant to tell those who had been invited, 'Come, for everything is now ready.'
"But they all alike began to make excuses. The first said, 'I have just bought a field, and I must go and see it. Please excuse me.' "Another said, 'I have just bought five yoke of oxen, and I'm on my way to try them out. Please excuse me.' "Still another said, 'I just got married, so I can't come.'
3）要脫去 take off
加拉太書 Galatians 5:19-23 情欲的事都是显而易见的，就如奸淫、污秽、邪荡、拜偶像、邪术、仇恨、争竞、忌恨、恼怒、结党、纷争、异端、嫉妒（有古卷在此有“凶杀”二字）、醉酒、荒宴等类，我从前告诉你们，现在又告诉你们，行这样事的人必不能承受 神的国。圣灵所结的果子，就是仁爱、喜乐、和平、忍耐、恩慈、良善、信实、温柔、节制。这样的事，没有律法禁止。
The acts of the sinful nature are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery; idolatry and witchcraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions
and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like. I warn you, as I did before, that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God. But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.
4）要仰望 looking unto the Lord
希伯來書 Hebrews 12:2 仰望为我们信心创始成终的耶穌...
Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith...
